Hakata Tonkotsu (pork) Ramen
Using domestic pork as the main igredient of the soup, the meat, backbone, and ribs are simmered for over 8 hours, then natural salt is added to create a rich and light-tasting tonkotsu.

Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Ramen
This is a  timeless delicious soup recipe made from natural, brewed soy sauce made from non-genetically modified soybeans.

Miso Ramen 
This soup is a blend of rice miso and soybean miso and specially brewed soy sauce to create a unique flavor of the miso. All genetically modified crops are segregated..

Kyushu Shoyu (Soy Sauce)  Ramen
This soup has a deep flavor that combines duck, green onions and the umami of soy sauce from Kyushu (Yabon Taruki soy sauce).

Shio (Salt) Flavored Ramen
Crafted from pure, plant-fed, drug-free, cage-free chicken stock and Nagasaki's sun-dried salt, harmoniously infused with 14 spices for a delectably balanced symphony of taste.
Kurume Style Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen
Kurume city  is said to be the birthplace of Kyushu tonkotsu. This ramen recreates its traditional sweet and rich flavor based on the a light tonkotsu soup.
