This is a dish that originated in the Yamagata area of Japan, it  is popularly know as "ramen born from a soba restaurant". The noodles are combined with a soba soup that mixes the umami of soy sauce and chicken. 

Torichuka Spicy Miso Ramen
This ramen combines the soba style soup with a mild spiciness and a rich miso flavor. The ramen are kneaded noodles that accentuate the texture of the wheat and add a wavy pattern to them.

Abura (oil) Soba Style Ramen 
This ramen is prepared in the style of abura soba, without a broth base. Abura (oil) is used to add flavor to the noodles and its mild taste can be mixed with your favorite topping.

Shoyu (Soy sauce) flavor ramen
