Let’s make some Super Easy Mentaiko Pasta!
First, grab your can of mentaiko in olive oil. Heat up the olive oil from the can in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is warm, toss in your chopped broccoli and stir-fry it for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until it’s nice and tender.
Next, add your cooked pasta to the pan, giving everything a good mix. Now, scoop out the mentaiko from the can and place it on top of the pasta. Give it a good stir, and reduce the heat to low, letting everything cook together for another couple of minutes.
When it’s all nicely combined, you can garnish it with some parmesan cheese for an extra kick. A little salt and pepper, and you're good to go! Serve it up and enjoy this super easy, flavorful dish.
