We ship directly from Japan.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping is FREE all sets and orders over 40US$ to all countries and for all products.

How much does shipment cost?

Shipping is FREE all sets and orders over 40US$. Single products shipping is calculated at check out.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most order take an average of 6 to 14 days to arrive to most countries. While most shipments arrive to the destination country in just a few days, customs inspections, processing and local delivery might delay the process.

How to track my order?

I never got my order, what to do?
Please check the tracking provided to see if there was an attempted delivery, in most cases the package is being hold at your local post office. If there is any problem contact us by email or directly though our website chat, we will solve any shipping/delivery problem for you!

How can I pay?

Is Payment Secure of your store?

Our store payments are 100% secure. We do not process or hold any credit card or payment information. All payments are automatically processed though Shopify.

Can I cancel an order?
You can certainly cancel your order before it's shipped and receive immediately a full refund. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll promptly assist you with the process.! 

Can i get a refund on cancelled orders?
Of course, all cancelled orders before being shipped will be fully refunded immediately. 

My order was shipped, can I cancel it?
After shipment, orders cannot be canceled but are eligible for returns.

Can I return orders?
You have the option to return unopened orders for a refund, but it's important to keep in mind that any return shipment fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
