Refund policy

(1) Within 5 days of the product arrival date, you can return the product using the enclosed return slip.
(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, Please note that the following products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
・Used product
・Product More than 6 days after delivery
・Item damaged or soiled by the customer
・Item without package (bag or case)
(3) When returning an item, please prepay the shipping fee (at the customer's expense).
(4) Should an incorrect address be provided or if items are returned unclaimed, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
(5)If you wish to exchange the item, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
(6) Refunds will be made within 7 business days after the returned item arrives, according to the payment method.
