Japanese Snack Recipe - squid and vegetables stir fry
Japanese canned food offers a wide variety of seafood and other meats. I made a simple snack with canned firefly squid, great to have as a healthy and filling snack or side dish.
Don't worry if you don't have any Japanese grocery on the list, feel free to substitute with any other of your preference.
It's soy sauce-based and contains ginger, so it's delicious without any other seasoning and goes very well on top of rice.

Paprika

Add oil and garlic to a frying pan and lightly fry firefly squid and paprika.
Put it in a bowl and let it cool slightly. Add tomatoes and green onions and sprinkle grated cheese to complete. if fits your taste, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice complements the flavor of the squid very well!
