Healthy beef and tofu Japanese side dish
We used Hokkaido beef broiled in sauce as a main ingredient. The meat is soft and the seasoning mixes very well with tofu.
This super easy dish can be made in just 10 minutes!
*For 1-2 people
1 Hokkaido beef broiled in sauce (check it here)
1 block of firm tofu
white onion (can be substituted with any vegetable of your liking)
Sesame oil - soy sauce or any flavoring of your liking.

Cut the tofu in 4 smaller squares.
Heat a pan, add a bit of oil to avoid sticking and place the tofu, chopped onions and the whole can contents .
Once boiling add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Let it boil at medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes and enjoy😋
